3. Absolute Prohibition on Sale of Personal Data

Cypher does not sell personal data. Cypher has never sold personal data. Cypher will never sell personal data.

This includes, without limitation:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers
• Transaction histories
• Behavioral or usage data
• Any identifiers linked or reasonably linkable to an individual

Cypher does not participate in data brokerage, data resale, or third-party advertising marketplaces involving personal data.

4. Payments & Third-Party Service Providers

All payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). Cypher does not store complete payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials.

We may engage third-party service providers for:

• Hosting and infrastructure
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Email and notification delivery
• Fraud prevention and security

These providers are contractually restricted from using personal data for any purpose other than providing services to Cypher and are required to implement appropriate security safeguards.

Cypher is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
